Impossible Group
I used a traditional Chinese female hero character Jingwei as inspiration to create a series of brand visual language for a hiking group. Jingwei was a little girl who died in an accident in the sea. After she died, she turned into a bird, determined to pick up stones to fill the ocean every day.
I Created a group called impossible group. Activities for this group are to Pick up a rock from the shore of the Atlantic Ocean, take it and hike to the shore of the Pacific Ocean, and throw it into the sea,or pick up a stone from the pacific Ocean, take it and hiking to the Atlantic ocean, and throw it into the sea.
All illustrations in this series are made by me using linocut print.

I designed a mobile version guideline for people to have a better understanding about this group. After users downloaded the app, they wil be aksed to fill in their information to join the group, so users could start participating as part of a team.
Users will start browsing Hiking's routes and maps in order.

In this section, guidelines will tell people what to do when they encounter dangers, such as what to do when they encounter a dangerous animal (like bears). And along the hike there will be many volunteer families helping people with free food, water and accommodation.
The guideline also teach people how to use CARIN to determine the direction and location when their mobile phone dies.

Users can also check some mountains and rivers along the route through this app, which could help people have a better travel experience.
On the homepage of the APP, I have designed many small icons to help people understand the functions of each section more intuitively and easily, such as bear icon represents how to deal with wild animals and dangers.
The mountain icon represents that people can know some passing geographic knowledge. I also set up some social sections for people to connect and communicate with their teammates.

I designed some Invitation card for old users invite new users to the group, give everyone in the team T-Shirts and some must-haves to help them have a better travel experience.
